We’re now a little more than two months from the Texas Ragnar Relay. I am putting together a team organized by myself and Larisa Kirkovits. This will be an incredible event and I look forward to running and cheering along with each of you. Here’s what we need to do over the next two weeks:
- Reply to this e-mail to let me know if you will or will not be a part of the team. If you do want to be a part of the team, please include the following:
- Send your $95 entry fee to me at the following address. I must have this by August 29. I will e-mail a confirmation when your entry fee is received.

- Once entry fees have been received from 11 team members, I will register our team. The deadline for this is August 31. Please remember that registration fees are nonrefundable once we are registered.
- After I register the team, each registered team member will need to complete an online form and waiver agreement from the Ragnar Relay organizer. This will be e-mail directly to you.
- Once registration is complete, I will begin assigning legs.
- We will have a meeting either in person or via conference call shortly after registration is complete to review details, plans, and next steps.
I encourage each of you to download and read the race bible available at http://www.ragnarrelay.com/austin/racebible.php. Please remember that there will be additional costs for water, sports drinks, food, vans if needed, and various other expenses. I will keep these as low as possible.
